Customer-Initiated Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing via email or our official communication channels. Refund eligibility will depend on the timing of the cancellation relative to the departure date.

For Tour Packages

30 days or more before departure
Full Refund*
15 to 29 days before departure
50% Refund
Less than 15 days before departure
No Refund

For Hotel & Flight Bookings

Refund policies for hotels and flights are subject to the respective service providers' terms and conditions. Cancellation fees may vary depending on the provider.

Company-Initiated Cancellations

In rare cases where Easy Way Holidays Pvt. Ltd. needs to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, the following options will be provided:

Full Refund

A complete refund of the amount paid will be processed.

Alternative Trip

An alternative travel arrangement of equal or greater value, subject to availability.

Refund Processing

Cancellation Confirmed

Submit your cancellation request in writing. We confirm within 1–2 working days.

14 Working Days

Refunds are processed within 14 working days from cancellation confirmation.

Original Payment Method

Refund credited to original payment method. Service charges & non-refundable fees will be deducted.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain services and bookings are non-refundable. These include:

Special discounted packages
Bookings marked as "Non-Refundable" at the time of purchase
Add-ons or optional services confirmed after the initial booking

Modifications & Amendments

  • Changes to bookings (such as rescheduling or modifications) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • If the requested modification is not possible, the cancellation policy will apply.

Force Majeure

Refunds are not provided for cancellations caused by events beyond the control of Easy Way Holidays Pvt. Ltd., such as natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics.

Customers are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover such scenarios.
